Responsibilities

• Provide teller and platform support to minimize client wait times and deliver quality customer service.
• Identify client needs through consultative conversations and recommend appropriate bank products and services to meet those needs.
• Open and process new demand and time deposit accounts including savings accounts, IRAs, certificates of deposit, and money market accounts.
• Cross-sell and make referrals to bank partners to generate new business and deepen existing client relationships.
• Conduct regular outbound calls to clients and prospects during campaigns and assist with loan applications and handoffs where needed.
• Assist client with loan application for personal/retail consumer needs and hand off to the appropriate associate.
• Ensure compliance with bank regulations and internal controls as part of daily operations.
