Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED and 1 year teller experience preferred.
• Background check required per S.A.F.E Mortgage Licensing Act and related regulations.

Responsibilities

• Provide teller and platform support to minimize client wait times and ensure quality service.
• Identify client needs through consultative conversations and recommend appropriate products.
• Open and process new deposit accounts (checking, savings, IRAs, CDs, money market).
• Cross-sell and refer to bank partners to deepen relationships.
• Conduct outbound calls to clients and prospects during campaigns.
• Assist with loan applications and hand off processing to the appropriate colleague.
