Job summary

Qualifications

• Requires two years of teller, cash handling or client service experience.
• Includes six months of client relationship building or sales experience.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to use PC and basic software for branch automation.
• Able to multitask under time constraints.
• Willingness to travel for temporary staffing needs.
• Willing to work weekends and extended hours.

Responsibilities

• Provide a distinctive client experience and handle transactions with accuracy.
• Educate clients on digital banking and self-service options.
• Support sales through outbound calls and client outreach.
• Understand Integrated Relationship Management (IRM) to deliver Truist solutions.
• Participate in Retail Community Bank Leadership routines.
• Advance product knowledge through training and meetings.
• Adhere to internal controls and risk management policies.
• Serve as secondary contact for new accounts and resolve issues.
