Truist in Florida seeks a Regular customer service professional to deliver exceptional client service, supporting internal and external clients in line with Truist values. You will resolve requests across care center, branches and other lines of business, and educate clients on bank products and self-service options.

Responsibilities include identifying potential bank errors or regulatory risks, following all policies and procedures, and participating in ongoing growth opportunities and BRG

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent education and training.
• One year of client servicing work experience.
• Proficiency in computer applications (e.g. Windows, MS Office), problem solving and multi-platform work.
• Strong written and verbal communications skills.
• Meets Loan Originator Compensation rule regulatory requirements.

Responsabilités

• Deliver care through exceptional client service and differentiate the client experience.
• Investigate and resolve clients’ requests across care center, branches and other lines of business.
• Educate clients on bank products and self-service options.
• Identify and elevate bank errors or regulatory concerns posing risk.
• Follow policies, procedures, regulations, and laws to protect clients and Truist.
