Job summary

Truist is seeking a Regular full-time retail banking professional in the United States (Florida) to deliver exceptional client experiences, promote digital banking solutions, and support sales initiatives.

The role emphasizes relationship-building, branching operations, and adherence to risk and policy guidelines. Weekend/evening availability and travel for staffing may be required as part of branch coverage.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Two years teller/cash handling or client service experience.
• Six months client relationship building or sales experience.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a client-focused mindset.
• Proficiency with PC keyboard and software for branch automation.
• Ability to multi-task under time constraints.
• Proficiency in basic computer applications, including Microsoft Office.
• Ability to travel to accommodate staffing needs including temporary assignments or locale changes.
• Ability to work weekends and/or extended hours with occasional travel or overnight stays.

Responsibilities

• Provide a distinctive client experience and handle complex and standard transactions.
• Educate clients on digital and self-service solutions (ATMs, Online/Mobile banking).
• Support the sales process by outbound outreach and identifying client needs or opportunities.
• Understand Integrated Relationship Management (IRM) to deliver Truist expertise and solutions.
• Participate in Truist Retail Community Bank Leadership routines and training.
