Qualifications

• Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle required.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional service aligned with the Bank's Mission, Vision, and Values.
• Contribute to customer growth and retention using proactive strategies to develop business opportunities and deepen relationships.
• Support customer engagement by adhering to service behaviors.
• Oversee service behaviors, promote products/services, and conduct follow-up calls on leads.
• Foster a customer service-oriented team culture focused on relationship building and operational integrity.
• Conduct daily team huddles and monthly meetings, plus individual coaching sessions for performance feedback.
• Represent the Bank in the community and build new relationships through local business and events.
• Achieve all customer service goals and make sound decisions balancing risk, profitability, and customer satisfaction.
