Qualifications

• Three (3) years experience as a Branch Manager or equivalent management role.
• NMLS certification required (or obtained upon hire).
• College degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Direct branch activities to meet objectives and drive branch tier progression.
• Undertake regular calls on business prospects to generate new customers.
• Open accounts and explain services and charges to customers as needed.
• Interview loan applicants and extend credit within lending authority; advise on larger loans.
• Lead weekly sales meetings to review products and branch development, sales goals, and profitability.
