Job summary

Community State Bank in Three Springs, PA is seeking a Branch Manager to lead the branch team and deliver everyday banking services to the community. You will guide staff, set sales and service objectives, and ensure excellent customer experiences.

Responsibilities include supervising personnel, maintaining policy compliance, and cross-selling insured investment and other bank products. Experience in consumer lending and strong leadership are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Education beyond a high school diploma or equivalent; specialized banking education and training.
• Basic knowledge of bank products and consumer lending; strong math and written communication skills.
• Experience in leadership and supervision; familiarity with bank operating policies.

Responsibilities

• Assist Branch Manager in leading the Branch Office to meet financial and loan service goals.
• Supervise staff and ensure customer service and sales objectives are met.
• Ensure compliance with bank policies, procedures and regulatory requirements.
• Coordinate with Business Services to service clients needing investment products and cross-sellBank products.
• Process loan applications and forward to Mortgage Underwriting; manage past due loan processes.
