You will drive growth through outbound business development, coach staff to deliver customer solutions, and collaborate with Treasury Management and Lending teams to serve business clients.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• Minimum of five years’ experience in a financial institution or loan office setting.
• Nationwide Mortgage Licensing System and Registry Identifier (NMLS) will be required.

Responsibilities

• Leads the overall sales and operational performance of the branch, ensuring alignment with goals and market strategy.
• Actively participates in outbound calling and business development to support branch growth.
• Coaches and engages team to identify opportunities, deepen relationships, and deliver customer solutions.
• Sets clear sales expectations and calling activities for the branch team, monitors progress and provides feedback.
• Collaborates with Treasury Management and Lending partners to support opportunities, onboarding, and servicing needs for business customers.
• Takes consumer and home equity loan applications as needed to support customer relationship needs.
• Ensures compliance with bank policies, detects and prevents fraud to protect customers and bank.
• Resolves customer concerns and escalations to strengthen trust and relationships.
• Fosters a branch environment that encourages teamwork, collaboration, and professional growth.
• Oversees daily branch activities, schedules, and meetings to ensure operations align with policies.
