Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years' experience in a sales capacity leading a team.
• Experience with small business deposits/loans and financial statements understanding.
• Strong communication and public speaking skills.

Responsibilities

• Engages in outside calling to small business clients within the community to grow referrals.
• Leads and develops the branch team, ensuring knowledge of products, sales processes, and regulatory landscape.
• Manage staffing, recruiting, onboarding, and scheduling to ensure adequate coverage.
• Coach and develop staff through regular performance conversations.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory and security controls and branch operations tasks.
• Drive client acquisition and deepen existing relationships through partnerships.
