Woodforest National Bank in Cypress, Texas is seeking an Assistant Branch Manager. You will partner with the Branch Manager to drive branch performance, customer relationship growth, and operational excellence while modeling Woodforest’s core values.

You will coach staff, assist with scheduling, and support retail sales and service initiatives to deliver the Woodforest Experience across in-branch and digital channels.

Qualifications

• Must have 3+ years in sales or customer service or an Associate’s degree with relevant experience or a Bachelor's degree with 1 year of experience.
• Demonstrated leadership ability; supervisory or coaching experience preferred.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and marketing-oriented sales skills.
• Comfort working in a performance-driven retail banking environment.
• Ability to work flexible or extended hours based on business needs.

Responsabilités

• Support Branch Manager to drive branch sales goals and customer growth.
• Coach frontline staff and ensure high-quality customer service across teller, platform, and digital channels.
• Participate in community engagement and local partnerships to drive branch traffic.
• Ensure compliance with policies, procedures, audits, and cash controls.
