• Strong interpersonal skills, sales acumen, and comfort with technology‑driven banking solutions.
• Willingness to work flexible or extended hours to meet business needs and demonstrate reliability.

• Operate the branch as a business owner, driving performance, managing resources, and supporting long‑term growth.
• Lead with accountability to achieve sales goals and drive deposit growth and wealth management referrals.
• Coach team to deliver Woodforest Experience with warm, personalized service and solutions.
