Job summary

Woodforest National Bank is seeking an Assistant Branch Manager in Carrollton, TX to help lead daily branch operations and drive customer growth. You will partner with the Branch Manager, coach staff, and ensure the Woodforest Experience is delivered consistently across teller, platform, and digital channels.

You will balance customer engagement, coaching, and compliance while modeling Woodforest’s core values of Ownership, Service, Community, and Integrity in a fast-paced retail banking

Qualifications

• 3 years of relevant and transferrable sales and/or customer service experience.
• OR an Associate’s degree and 2 years of relevant and transferrable sales and/or customer service experience;
• OR a Bachelor’s degree and 1 year of relevant and transferrable sales and/or customer service experience.

Responsibilities

• Support Branch Manager in driving branch performance and customer growth.
• Coach team members and ensure Woodforest Experience.
• Lead in-store with customer engagements and referrals.
• Oversee operations, cash controls, audits and compliance.
• Schedule and workflow management to support efficient operations.
