Woodforest National Bank in Cedar Park, TX seeks an Assistant Branch Manager to lead with an ownership mindset, drive branch performance, and deliver exceptional Woodforest service across teller, platform, and digital channels.

The role requires sales and customer service experience, coaching skills, and a focus on community engagement and compliance. You will partner with leadership to ensure efficient branch operations and strong customer relationships.

Formación

• 3 years of relevant and transferrable sales and/or customer service experience; OR an Associate’s degree and 2 years of relevant and transferrable sales and/or customer service experience.
• High School Diploma or equivalent is required; additional education a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Partner with Branch Manager to drive branch growth and deposits, and support sales goals.
• Deliver Woodforest Experience with warm, professional customer interactions and effective issue resolution.
• Coach and support team members to identify customer needs and promote banking products.
