Job summary

Truist is seeking a customer service-oriented Teller to provide timely, accurate client transactions and maintain thorough records. You will educate clients on digital banking solutions, support the sales process, and collaborate with branch teams to meet client needs.

Responsibilities include handling complex transactions with accuracy, complying with policies, and contributing to IRM initiatives. Some weekend/evening hours and travel may be required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Two years of teller, cash handling, or client service experience is required.
• Six months of client relationship building or sales experience is preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills are essential.
• Ability to use PC keyboard and software for branch automation.

Responsibilities

• Provide a distinctive client experience with a high level of service while processing complex and standard transactions.
• Educate clients on digital self-service options (ATMs, Online and Mobile banking).
• Support sales by outbound calls and identifying client needs or opportunities.
• Understand Integrated Relationship Management (IRM) to deliver Truist expertise.
• Participate in Retail Community Bank Leadership routines and training.
