Truist Financial Corporation in the United States is seeking a Retail Teller/Client Service Associate responsible for delivering a distinctive client experience. You will complete transactions accurately, educate clients on digital banking options, and support sales through outbound calls and Integrated Relationship Management (IRM) activities.

You will join a team focused on high-quality service, risk controls, and product knowledge, with opportunities to participate in branch leadership

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent education.
• Two years teller or cash handling or client service experience.
• Six months of client relationship building or sales experience.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to master PC keyboard and software for branch automation.
• Ability to multi-task under time constraints.
• Proficiency in basic computer applications such as Microsoft Office.
• Willingness to travel to accommodate temporary staffing needs as required.
• Ability to work weekends and/or extended hours with occasional travel and overnights may be included.

Responsabilités

• Provide a distinctive client experience by engaging clients with courteous conversations and handling complex and standard transactions.
• Educate clients on digital self-service options, ATMs, Online and Mobile banking.
• Support sales through outbound client outreach and identifying needs or opportunities.
• Understand Integrated Relationship Management (IRM) to deliver Truist expertise and solutions.
• Participate in Retail Community Bank Leadership routines.
• Advance product knowledge through training and meetings.
• Adhere to internal controls, procedures and risk policies.
• Serve as secondary contact for new accounts and issue resolution; handle branch workload.
