Job summary

Truist is seeking a role focused on providing timely client transactions, accurate record keeping, and superior service. You will educate clients on self-service banking, support sales outreach, and contribute to Integrated Relationship Management (IRM) for tailored financial solutions.

The position emphasizes handling complex and standard transactions, maintaining compliance with internal controls, and participating in branch leadership activities. Weekend and travel may be required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Two years teller/cash handling or client service experience.
• Six months of client relationship building or sales experience.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; ability to interact with clients and prospects.
• Ability to master PC keyboard and branch automation software.
• Ability to multi-task under time constraints.
• Proficiency in basic computer applications (MS Office).
• Willingness to travel for temporary staffing needs; may include weekends/overtime.

Responsibilities

• Provide distinctive client experience with courteous conversations and both complex and standard transactions.
• Educate clients on digital self-service solutions (ATMs, Online and Mobile banking).
• Support sales by outbound client outreach and identifying needs or opportunities.
• Understand and apply Integrated Relationship Management (IRM) to deliver Truist solutions.
• Participate in Truist Retail Community Bank Leadership routines.
• Attend training and knowledge meetings to enhance product knowledge.
• Adhere to internal controls and risk management policies; stay updated on policies.
