Truist is seeking a front-line teller to deliver a distinctive client experience by handling transactions and uncovering client needs. You will educate clients on digital banking options and assist with the sales process through outbound outreach, ensuring a smooth, compliant experience.

The role supports IRM activities and requires flexibility to work weekends or extended hours, with cross-training to assist both service and sales initiatives within the Retail Community Bank.

Competenze

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Two years teller or cash handling or client service experience.
• Six months of client relationship building or sales experience.

Mansioni

• Provide distinctive client experience with courteous conversation and transactions.
• Educate clients on digital and self-service solutions (ATMs, Online and Mobile banking).
• Support sales through client outreach and identifying needs or opportunities.
