Job summary

Truist is seeking a customer service/teller role to provide timely client transactions and maintain accurate records. Qualifications

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

• Teller or cash handling experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide distinctive client experiences by conducting transactions and addressing client needs.
• Educate clients on digital/banking self-service options.
• Support sales through outbound calls and identifying client opportunities.
• Understand Integrated Relationship Management (IRM) to deliver Truist solutions.
• Participate in Branch Leadership routines and continuous training.
• Adhere to internal controls and risk management policies.
• Assist with new accounts and issue resolution as needed.
