Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; ability to perform branch tasks.
• 2 years teller or cash handling or client service experience.
• 6 months client relationship or sales experience.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to use PC keyboard and branch automation software.
• Willingness to travel for temporary staffing needs; weekends/hours as needed.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and basic computer applications.

Responsibilities

• Provide a distinctive client experience during transactions and inquiries.
• Educate customers on digital banking and self-service options.
• Support sales through outbound calls and needs assessment.
• Understand Integrated Relationship Management (IRM) for client solutions.
• Participate in Leadership routines and complete training.
• Maintain compliance with internal controls and policies.
• Serve as secondary contact for new accounts and issue resolution.
