Qualifications

• High School Diploma required.
• Minimum of three years branch banking experience required as an individual contributor.
• Microsoft Word and Excel skills required.
• Commissioned notary or ability to obtain notary commission within six months of starting.

Responsibilities

• Performs routine branch opening, closing, member service, and other operational tasks.
• Assumes supervision of the branch during the manager’s absence.
• Coach staff to cross-sell and track sales goals, and provide training on sales techniques.
• Help branch manager achieve financial, operational, and customer satisfaction goals.
