Job summary

Woodforest National Bank is seeking a Branch Banker in Chattanooga, TN to deliver the Woodforest Experience through warm, personalized service and proactive product recommendations. You will handle teller duties, open deposit accounts, and support digital tools while upholding policy and compliance standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of relevant retail sales and/or customer service experience.
• In-store retail banking experience preferred but not required.
• Demonstrated willingness to accept coaching and feedback to improve performance.
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work flexible or extended hours based on retail branch needs.

Responsibilities

• Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate banking solutions.
• Achieve individual sales goals through proactive conversations, referrals, and marketing outreach.
• Open and maintain deposit accounts and consumer loan products with accuracy and compliance.
• Process teller transactions and maintain accurate records with attention to branch procedures.
• Support branch marketing efforts and community engagement initiatives.
