Job summary

Woodforest National Bank in Georgia seeks a Branch Banker to deliver the Woodforest Experience by building retail customer relationships through proactive service and product recommendations. You will drive sales, handle transactions, open accounts, and support community engagement in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of relevant retail sales and/or customer service experience.
• In-store retail banking experience preferred but not required.
• Willingness to accept coaching and feedback to improve performance.
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work flexible or extended hours based on retail branch needs.

Responsibilities

• Identify customer needs and recommend banking solutions.
• Achieve individual sales goals via referrals and marketing outreach.
• Resolve customer inquiries at first contact with internal partners if needed.
• Maintain accurate transaction processing and account opening.
• Explain complex banking solutions in simple terms.
• Engage customers with warm, personalized interactions daily.
