Job summary

Woodforest National Bank is seeking a Bank­er to strengthen retail customer relationships through exceptional service and proactive marketing of banking products. You will deliver the Woodforest Experience and support digital solutions in a customer-friendly way.

You will contribute to branch goals, maintain accurate transactions, and uphold Woodforest's core values of Ownership, Service, Community, and Integrity in every interaction. This role is full-time and on-site at the High Point location.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of relevant retail sales and/or customer service experience.
• In-store retail banking experience preferred but not required.
• Willingness to accept coaching and feedback to improve performance.
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work flexible or extended hours based on branch needs.

Responsibilities

• Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate banking solutions.
• Achieve individual sales goals through proactive conversations and referrals.
• Build relationships and provide warm, personalized service in a fast-paced branch.
• Open and maintain deposit accounts and consumer loan products accurately.
• Uphold confidentiality and comply with bank policies and regulatory guidelines.
