Job summary

Turner & Townsend is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead planning, execution and delivery of retail banking branch ground-up and fit-out construction projects. The ideal candidate is client-focused, highly organized, and able to manage multiple fast-paced projects.

Travel required 25–30% to project sites. You will manage renovations from initiation to closeout, coordinate with banking clients, architects, engineers and contractors, develop schedules, monitor budgets, and ensure

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a related field.
5+ years managing retail or banking ground-up projects or fit-out.
Experience with multi-site retail construction and fast-track delivery.
Strong knowledge of PM methodologies, budgeting, scheduling, risk management.

Responsibilities

Manage multiple branch renovations from initiation through closeout.
Coordinate stakeholders including banking clients, architects, engineers, contractors, and regulators.
Develop, monitor, and maintain project schedules with critical paths and milestones.
Ensure governance, standards, processes, and reporting across projects.
Prepare and deliver project status reports and risk registers.
Oversee budgets, forecasts, change orders, and cost controls to stay within financial parameters.
Ensure renovations comply with building codes, accessibility, security, and life-safety requirements.
