Job summary

Turner & Townsend is seeking a Senior Project Manager to oversee regional retail bank ground-up and fit-out projects for a financial services client. The role is remote with up to 25-30% travel within the Eastern or Central time zones.

You will lead multi-disciplinary teams across planning, design, construction, occupancy and closeout, ensuring budgets, schedules and quality controls are met. Strong client-facing skills are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred with 8-10 years of relevant experience.
• LEED AP, PMP, and/or CCM designation(s) preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Experience with Kahua, MS Project, or other project management software.

Responsibilities

• Manage all areas of project management for multiple real estate projects.
• Coordinate renovation activities within occupied facilities while minimizing disruptions to business operations.
• Work directly with clients to prepare all elements of the project, including scope, resources, cost estimates and budgets.
• Define delivery resources from pre-qualified lists or through the project qualification process, conduct RFPs and bid evaluations.
• Ensure all project functions remain on schedule and issues are escalated as needed.
• Lead meetings to review project status and guide teams through implementation.
