Job summary

Snowshoe Mountain is seeking enthusiastic Rental Technicians for the seasonal on-mountain shops. We provide on-the-job training and friendly, customer-focused service to guests arriving for winter recreation. Join a team that values safety, teamwork, and guest satisfaction.

Positions start end of November or December, with shifts including mornings, nights, weekends and holidays. Housing options and resort perks are available to eligible employees.

Qualifications

• Customer service and hospitality skills to assist guests.
• Strong communication and teamwork to operate in a fast-paced guest services environment.
• Location on-mountain requires flexible scheduling and safety awareness.

Responsibilities

• Maintain guest service standards and provide information on equipment, the shop, resort and area; coordinate with other departments for guest rentals.
• Deliver excellent service, teamwork and safety; ensure financial accuracy and equipment knowledge.
• Assist the Rental Store Manager and Supervisor with daily tasks.
• Follow safety guidelines, maintain a clutter-free workspace and adhere to policies.
• Collect and record guest/employee information; manage equipment records and maintenance needs.
• Contribute to team effort and assist with related tasks as needed.
