Job summary

Snowshoe is seeking a Store Supervisor for the winter season. You will lead the sales team, ensure excellent customer service, and enforce policies and procedures while coordinating with a dedicated team to deliver a seamless shopping experience.

The role starts late November/early December, includes on-mountain housing, and offers medical benefits, ski privileges, 401k, and staff discounts. Prior retail leadership and basic computer skills preferred.

Qualifications

• 6 months in a position involving sales, hospitality, or training of others.
• 1 year in a retail operation is preferred.
• Basic computer skills required.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service through greeting, phone handling, and efficient POS transactions.
• Foster a positive team environment and enforce operational procedures, including opening/closing and daily duties.
• Communicate effectively with written and verbal instructions, resolve conflicts, and share relevant information.
• Assist with inventory management, including cycle counts, merchandise handling, and monitoring shrinkage.
• Support staff with POS transactions, housekeeping, and merchandising.
• Ensure store quality through restocking and proper product merchandising.
• Maintain a safe work environment by adhering to safety procedures and completing weekly training.
