Job summary

Michaels is seeking a Store Associate in Naperville, IL to deliver friendly customer service, help customers locate products, and ensure a fast, accurate checkout experience. You will participate in truck unloads, stocking, and planogram execution while supporting omni-channel processes such as Buy Online Pickup in Store and Ship From Store.

Applicants should have retail or customer service experience, be able to stand for long periods, and work nights/weekends as needed.

Qualifications

• Retail or customer service experience preferred.
• Ability to operate cash register and perform checkout to standards.
• Familiarity with store merchandising and stock replenishment.

Responsibilities

• Deliver friendly customer service and help customers locate products.
• Provide fast, friendly checkout and execute cash handling to standards.
• Encourage enrollment in rewards programs and private label cards.
• Assist with omni-channel processes (BOPIS and SFS).
• Participate in truck unloading, stocking, and planogram duties.
• Support store recovery, shrink and safety programs.
