Qualifications

• Retail and/or customer service experience preferred.
• Ability to stand for long periods and move around the store.

Responsibilities

• Help customers shop, locate products, and provide solutions.
• Provide fast, friendly checkout with cash handling to standards.
• Enroll customers in the Rewards program and Private Label Credit Cards.
• Educate on the Voice of Customer (VOC) survey.
• Assist with Omni channel processes including BOPIS and SFS.
• Participate in truck unloading, stocking, and planogram processes.
• Maintain merchandise and store recovery, including returns.
• Support shrink and safety programs as needed.
• Adhere to SOPs and company policies; model positive behavior.
• Cross trained in Custom Framing selling and production.
