Job summary

Michaels—Columbus/Hilliard store—seeks a friendly team member to help customers locate products, provide solutions, and ensure a fast checkout experience. You will participate in truck unloading, stocking, and maintaining in-stock conditions while promoting rewards and private label cards.

The role requires the ability to stand for long periods, lift boxes, and work nights/weekends as needed. We offer benefits and employee discounts.

Qualifications

• Retail and/or customer service experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Help customers shop, locate products, and provide them with solutions
• Provide a fast and friendly checkout experience; execute cash handling to standards
• Engage customers on the benefits of the Rewards program and Private Label Credit Cards and complete enrollments
• Assist with Omni channel processes, including Buy Online Pickup in Store (BOPIS) and Ship From Store (SFS)
• Participate in truck unload, stocking, and planogram (POGs) processes
• Maintain store recovery and in-stock conditions; support shrink and safety programs
