PHOENIX Retail, LLC, operating Express, seeks an Associate Manager for the Cool Springs store. You will support the Store Manager in operations, recruitment, training, and sales functions, driving productivity and a superior in-store shopping experience for customers.

Responsibilities include hiring and developing talent, maintaining high morale, guiding a one-team culture, coaching performance, and ensuring execution of merchandising and omni-channel initiatives.

Qualifications

• Education: High School or Equivalent.
• Years of Experience: 3-5 of relevant job experience.
• Proficient in use of technology (iPad, registers).
• Meets defined availability criteria, including nights, weekends and non-business hours.
• Meets physical requirements.

Responsibilities

• Attract, hire, develop, inspire, and retain top talent.
• Support an environment with high store morale and teamwork.
• Coach, train, and manage performance for all store associates up to Sales Leaders.
• Develop and maximize the success of store associates to achieve sales and customer experience.
• Analyze the business and implement action plans to optimize results.
• Manage all aspects of daily store operations and ensure adherence to policies.
• Lead scheduling with optimal staffing.
• Drive loyalty and in-store experiences and resolve customer issues.
