PHOENIX Retail, LLC, operating Express stores, is seeking a Retail Sales Leader to join our Little Rock team. You will drive floor operations, support training, and deliver an outstanding in-store experience for customers.

You will coach associates, manage schedules, and partner with management to optimize sales, product knowledge, and store procedures while ensuring a welcoming, high-energy environment that reflects the Express brand.

Qualifikationen

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• 1 year of experience in retail or related field preferred.
• Proficient with iPad and POS registers.
• Available to work nights, weekends, and non-business hours.
• Physical requirements for store environment.

Aufgaben

• Drive sales on the sales floor and in the stockroom, and assist in training associates.
• Provide in-the-moment coaching to ensure great customer service and efficient floor operations.
• Partner with Store Management to give feedback on associate performance.
• Manage store operations, product knowledge, and policy adherence.
• Execute daily plans to optimize results and customer experience.
• Oversee checkout and merchandise flow including shipments and omni-channel tasks.
• Build schedules to have the right associates at the right times.
• Resolve customer issues to achieve positive outcomes.
