Qualifications

• Three to five years store management experience including responsibility for annual sales volume of $3 million plus.
• Proven ability to increase sales and store profitability.
• Proven ability to network, recruit, interview, train, develop and promote associates.
• Ability to travel periodically, as needed for meetings.
• Ability to move medium to large items weighing up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Drive and guide all aspects of the customer experience and store operations.
• Identify, develop and lead talent and teaching for the store team.
• Provide leadership with product launches, visual presentation standards, signage placement, etc.
• Resolve customer complaints to a positive outcome and drive loyalty and card acquisition.
• Direct merchandise flow and omni‑channel operations across the store.
