PHOENIX Retail, LLC, operating the Express brand at Nashville Outlets, is seeking an Assistant Manager to support the Store Manager in supervising daily store operations, driving sales, and delivering a best-in-class shopping experience.

The ideal candidate has 1-3 years of retail experience, strong customer service and communication skills, and the ability to recruit, train, and develop Sales Associates while maintaining store standards and policies.

Formación

• Education: High School or equivalent.
• 1-3 years of relevant retail experience.
• Demonstrates strong customer service and communication skills.
• Meets defined availability criteria, including nights, weekends and non-business hours.
