Job summary

PHOENIX Retail, LLC operates Express and Bonobos brands and is seeking an Assistant Manager for the Opry Mills store. The role supports the Store Manager in supervising store operations, recruiting, training, and sales activities to deliver an exceptional customer experience.

You will lead a team, coach Sales Associates, and help execute store strategies, loyalty programs and omnichannel initiatives while ensuring policy compliance and safety for customers and staff.

Qualifications

• High School degree or equivalent.
• 1-3 years of relevant job experience.
• Proficient with iPad and registers.
• Strong customer service skills and availability including nights/weekends.

Responsibilities

• Assist in developing, inspiring, and retaining top talent and oversee daily store operations.
• Support Store Manager in recruiting, training, and performance management to ensure a great in-store experience.
• Execute merchandising and sales strategies to meet or exceed targets and ensure customer engagement.
• Coordinate with Store Manager to hire and develop Sales Associates, and provide feedback.
• Monitor and communicate action plans to optimize results and adherence to policies.
