PHOENIX Retail, LLC (Express) is seeking an Associate Manager for the Opry Mills Express store to support the store manager in daily operations, recruiting, training and driving sales. You will lead team performance, ensure excellent customer service, manage schedules, and uphold company policies.

The role requires 3–5 years retail experience, strong supervisory skills, and availability including nights and weekends.

Qualifications

• Education: High School or Equivalent.
• 3-5 years of relevant retail experience.
• Proficient with iPad and POS registers.
• Availability including nights, weekends and non-business hours.
