Qualifications

• College Degree or equivalent a plus.
• Retail Management or similar industry experience in a complex environment preferred.
• Ability to effectively communicate with customers and store personnel.
• Ability to operate in a dynamic store floor, stock/dressing room and cashwrap.

Responsibilities

• Support the General Manager in analyzing business trends and strategic planning for your store location.
• Educate your team on sales and profit performance tools and resources.
• Create a consistent customer experience aligned to RL brand expectations.
• Lead community outreach and develop the store client development strategy.
• Execute talent strategy and build a team with the customer at its core.
• Drive recruitment activities in your store market.
• Coach employees and provide learning opportunities.
• Maintain productivity and manage inventory to achieve shrink goals.
• Champion use of new technology for selling techniques and shopping options.
• Uphold company policies and provide feedback to leadership.
• Ensure sales floor standards exceed expectations and foster brand values.
