Job summary

Ralph Lauren Corporation is seeking an Associate Manager to support the General Manager in strategic store planning and execution to drive profitable business. The role involves owning key duties in the GM’s absence, delivering operational excellence, and upholding brand integrity across the store.

You will lead a team, develop client engagement, and ensure exceptional customer experiences while driving new ways of selling and community outreach in your market.

Qualifications

• College Degree or equivalent is a plus.
• Retail management or similar experience in a high-volume or high-profile environment preferred.
• Strong communication with customers and team.
• Ability to move around sales floor and lift up to 30 lbs.
• Flexible schedule including days, evenings, weekends, and travel as needed.

Responsibilities

• Support the General Manager in analyzing store performance and strategic planning.
• Educate team on sales and profit tools and resources.
• Create a consistent customer experience aligned to RL brand standards.
• Assist in developing client development strategy and market outreach.
• Lead talent strategy and recruit to build a customer‑centric team.
• Ensure store standards, inventory control and loss prevention are maintained.
