Job summary

Ralph Lauren is seeking an Associate Manager to support the General Manager in strategic plans and store execution. You will help drive profit by optimizing talent, sales, and brand integrity, while maintaining exceptional customer experiences.

You will lead a team, recruit locally, coach staff, and ensure inventory control and store standards are consistently met across shifts and duties. This role requires flexibility and travel as needed.

Qualifications

• College Degree or equivalent a plus.
• Experience in retail management in a high-volume environment preferred.
• Strong communication with customers and store staff.
• Ability to lead a team and drive sales strategies.

Responsibilities

• Support the General Manager in analyzing business trends and planning initiatives.
• Educate team on sales tools and resources to improve performance.
• Align customer experience with RL brand standards across the store.
• Lead client development and market outreach within the store vicinity.
• Implement talent strategy and develop staff to deliver the store vision.
• Drive recruitment and networking to build a strong local team.
• Coach employees and provide feedback for ongoing development.
• Maintain productivity by managing processes and inventory to shrink goals.
• Promote use of new selling technologies and channels.
• Ensure store standards and policies are upheld.
• Provide feedback to management on high-potential opportunities.
