You’ll provide feedback and coaching to maximize team performance while stepping into other roles to maintain operational excellence. You’ll collaborate with the Store Director, own your division (Visual Merchandising, Operations, HR, Service & Selling), and support recruiting and training.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of full-time retail management experience.
• Passion for brand, customers, and teams.
• Knowledge of fashion trends and industry developments.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Store Director to act as a shared owner and maximize profitability.
• Own your division of responsibility (Visual Merchandising, Operations, HR, Service & Selling).
