You’ll collaborate with the leadership team to adapt strategies and ensure smooth operations as needed. You will support recruiting and training, lead shop floor activities, and manage a division of responsibility to elevate product knowledge and service.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1–2 years of retail management experience.
• Strong commitment to brand, customers and team.
• Able to motivate, coach and develop staff.

Responsibilities

• Support Store Director and Associate Store Manager to drive profitability and brand connection.
• Own a division such as Visual Merchandising, Operations, HR, or Service & Selling.
