• Support the Store Director & Associate Store Manager to drive profitability and brand connections.
• Own your designated division of responsibility (Visual Merchandising, Operations, HR, Service & Selling).
• Manage store operations, systems, and technology with accountability.
• Assist with recruiting, training and development efforts as needed.
• Collaborate with leadership to create a collaborative working environment.
• Ensure the team exceeds goals and delivers best-in-class customer service.
• Lead product knowledge sessions to boost associate performance.
• Create innovative ways to engage the community and build loyalty.
