Qualifications

• Must provide prompt and courteous customer service.
• Operate store equipment including cash registers and floor scrubber.
• Follow ALDI operating policies and procedures.
• Communicate effectively both verbally and in writing.
• Perform basic arithmetic operations.
• Follow instructions and pay attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service and resolve concerns with store management as needed.
• Notify management of shrink due to outdated or damaged products.
• Accurately scan and process customer purchases using the POS system.
• Adhere to cash handling policies and procedures.
• Open additional check lanes as needed to maintain checkout efficiency.
• Stock shelves per merchandising planograms and maintain neat displays.
• Complete curbside pickup orders and ensure timely delivery to customers’ vehicles.
• Maintain zone and merchandising standards.
• Assist management in achieving efficiency and loss reduction goals.
• Comply with company policies and processes.
• Support a safe working environment by addressing hazards and maintaining equipment.
• Adhere to inventory procedures and product handling guidelines.
• Perform general cleaning tasks to company standards.
