Job summary

ALDI store associate role involves merchandising and stocking products, cashiering, and keeping the store clean to support an excellent customer experience. You’ll work with the ALDI team to deliver exceptional service.

Starting wage is $18.00 per hour with planned increases through Year 5, typically 30+ hours per week. Full-time benefits and state-specific details apply. Prior retail experience and a HS diploma are preferred.

Qualifications

• Ability to provide prompt and courteous customer service.
• Operate cash registers and other store equipment.
• Follow ALDI policies and procedures.
• Maintain accurate cash handling and scanning.

Responsibilities
