ALDI is seeking a Store Associate to merchandise and stock products, operate the cashier, and keep the store clean to reflect ALDI's standards. You will enhance the customer shopping experience by collaborating with the ALDI team and delivering exceptional service.

Starting wage is $18.50 per hour with planned increases over five years, averaging 30+ hours per week at full-time status. This role requires reliability, teamwork, and adherence to store policies.

Formación

• Minimum 18 years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior retail experience preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Models and fulfills all customer service principles and escalates concerns to store management as necessary.
• Informs store management of loss due to outdated or damaged products.
• Properly utilizes the POS system to scan and process purchases and reports scanning issues.
• Adheres to cash policies and procedures.
• Opens additional check lanes to ensure efficient checkout.
• Stocks shelves and displays neatly per planograms to maximize sales.
• Completes curbside pickup orders by retrieving items and verifying contents for timely delivery.
• Maintains zone and merchandising standards at all times.
• Assists management in achieving operational efficiency goals.
• Assists in achieving total loss goals.
• Follows all company policies and processes.
• Supports a safe working environment by identifying hazards and maintaining equipment.
