Aldi, Inc. is seeking a store associate to support merchandising, stocking, cashiering, and store cleanliness to enhance the shopping experience. You will work with the ALDI team to deliver outstanding customer service and maintain store standards.

The role offers full-time hours, a starting wage of $20.50 per hour, and progressive wage increases through Year 5. Emphasis on safety, accuracy, and teamwork throughout daily tasks.

Formación

• Prompt and courteous customer service.
• Ability to operate store equipment including POS system and cash registers.
• Ability to follow store policies and procedures.
• Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing.
• Ability to perform basic arithmetic and pay attention to detail.

Responsabilidades

• Models and fulfills all customer service principles and escalates concerns to store management as necessary.
• Informs store management of loss due to outdated or damaged products.
• Properly utilizes the POS system to scan and process purchases and reports scanning issues.
• Adheres to cash policies and procedures.
• Follows line policy and opens additional check lanes to ensure efficient checkout.
• Stocks shelves and displays neatly following merchandising planograms.
