ALDI, Inc. is seeking a Store Associate to assist with merchandising, stocking, cashiering, and store cleanliness. You will enhance the customer shopping experience by working with the ALDI team and delivering exceptional service.

Starting wage is $18.50 per hour with wage increases in subsequent years. Full-time schedule averages 30+ hours weekly, with comprehensive benefits including 401(k) and paid time off.

Formación

• At least 18 years old. High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior retail experience preferred.
• Ability to provide prompt and courteous customer service.

Responsabilidades

• Merchandise and stock product according to plan; assist customers and cashiering.
• Inform management of loss due to damaged or outdated products.
• Accurately process purchases using the POS system and address scanning issues.
• Follow cash policies and procedures; open additional check lanes as needed.
• Maintain clean shelves and displays following merchandising planograms.
