Job summary

ALDI USA is seeking a store associate to merchandise, stock, cashier, and clean, delivering friendly customer service while working with the ALDI team. The role is full-time with an average of 30+ hours per week and starts at $19.50 per hour, with planned increases over five years.

You’ll handle POS transactions, follow merchandising planograms, support curbside pickup, and help maintain safe, efficient store operations. Benefits are offered for eligible employees.

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly customer service and assist shoppers.
• Operate POS to process purchases accurately.
• Stock shelves and maintain planograms to maximize sales.
• Clean and maintain store housekeeping and safety standards.
• Assist with curbside pickup orders and timely delivery to customers’ vehicles.
• Support loss prevention and follow company policies and procedures.
