Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Engage customers with friendly, efficient service.
• Transition between checkout, stocking, and specialized areas as needed.
• Meet productivity goals by following Lidl’s processes and pallet-to-shelf stocking.
• Perform daily freshness checks in produce and chilled areas.
• Set up non-food promotional displays and weekly offers with accurate signage and pricing.
• Maintain cleanliness standards across sales floor, restrooms, warehouse, and parking lot.
• Operate register quickly and accurately, memorize PLUs.
